LEATHER CARE
Everyday
Try not to overload your bag. Too much weight can stretch the leather out of shape.
Keep it out of direct sunlight for long periods, as this can fade the colour over time.
If it gets wet
Don't worry. Let it dry naturally, away from heat.
Scuffs and stains
For small scuffs and scratches, dampen a clean fingertip and gently rub the mark in small circles.
Keep your bag away from dirty liquids and surfaces. If a stain does happen, take it to a leather specialist, who will know how to treat it without damaging the leather.
Suede
Use a soft suede brush to lift marks, and protect it with a suede spray. Suede marks more easily with water, so keep it dry where you can.
Nguni
Brush the hair gently in the direction it grows, and avoid getting it wet.
Over time
Leather softens and develops a patina, a soft sheen that gives each piece its own character. It's a sign of good-quality leather, and part of what makes your bag yours.
For long-term care, we recommend a leather care professional.
