LOCAL SHIPPING
Every piece is handmade. If your item is in stock, it ships within 2 working days. If it’s made to order, please allow up to 10 working days for us to make it before it ships.
Once dispatched, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.
We can’t deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical address.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you bought directly from us and aren’t happy for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. It must be unused and in its original condition. We’ll refund you or give you a credit voucher, whichever you prefer.
Delivery costs are not refundable.
